The Class of 1951 holds the honor of being the first class to have enrolled and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth. The class held a 60 year reunion last year and had so much fun they decided to have another this year. Those from the class of 1951 are invited to a 61st Reunion Weekend, September 15 and 16, 2012!
On Saturday, September 15 a Class of 1951 Dinner will be held at Black Woods Grill and Bar in Proctor, MN (195 Highway 2). Dinner is at 5:30 pm. Choose from a special menu and pay on your own. Classmates are asked to bring along pictures from their days at UMD.
The following morning, Sunday, September 16, beginning at 10:00 am there will be a Class of 1951 Brunch held in the Griggs Center in the Kirby Student Center on the UMD campus. Cost to attend the brunch is $20 per person. Special guests include UMD Chancellor Lendley C. Black, and Dr. Paul Deputy.
